Health is more than ensuring physical wellness. While it is indeed essential, we also need to look at the effects of unwholesome living on the entirety of our wellbeing. We believe that wellness is not a thing nor is it a product. Wellness is a way of thought and of living – Based on the awareness that everything is in a relationship with everything else. Lauretta Wellness Centre is an alternative and regenerative vehicle that aims to help individuals attain some benefits of wellbeing.

We also believe that you are almost entirely responsible for your state of health. This means that renewing our bond with the bodies that we live in creates an intimate connection which enables greater possibilities for quality health and wellbeing.  Our aim is to manifest a self-care and healing sanctuary – One where every point of contact intersects with diverse spheres of wellsprings and learning.
